Booking Terms & Conditions

We endeavour to respond quickly to your email enquiries and we are more than happy to discuss your requirements over the telephone.

Our rates are per person, per night and do not include breakfast.

To Secure a Booking

Bookings can be made online through our website. You will need to provide your contact details, and debit/credit card details for payment. Alternatively you can reserve over the phone/on email and pay on arrival by cash or card. Or you can pay in full over the phone.

Cancellations

As we reopen, Covid-19 is no longer 'unforseen circumstances' and therefore any booking made is now liable for the usual cancellation policies. Any cancellation made 14 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded in full, except for group bookings and weddings where a non-refundable deposit has been paid.

Any cancellation of a booking that has been paid in full and is within 14 days of your arrival date, is non-refundable. Transferring the booking will be at the discretion of the Hostel Manager.

For bookings made through our partner sites (such as Booking.com, Expedia and Hostelling Scotland), a different cancellation policy may apply. Please check your terms and conditions.

If you do not turn up for your booking you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
